The fully homogeneous zirconia quick-change nozzle is mainly composed of zircon and zirconia directly mixed in a certain ratio, and then formed, dried, and sintered to produce a firing temperature of 1620-1650°C. It is characterized by relatively uniform composition, performance and structure, good reliability and high cost.

The working surface of the inner hole at the sizing end is made of zircon and zirconia. The zirconia content of the composite part is 72%-78%. The body and compound parts are molded at the same time and fired at one time. The firing temperature is 1620℃-1650℃. The cost of this type of nozzle is much lower than that of a fully homogeneous zirconia quick-change nozzle. Since the nozzle body and the composite part are molded and fired at the same time, the composite part will not fall off when used. However, since zirconia will undergo martensite transformation and volume change at 1100℃-1250℃, it is easy to cause the nozzle to burst during use. Therefore, the production of such nozzles must use stable zirconia and the content should not be too high. Because the thermal expansion coefficients of stabilized zirconia and zircon are still inconsistent, the nozzle may also crack during use.

The vibration forming zirconia quick-change water outlet is composed of a water outlet core, a water outlet body and an iron shell. The nozzle core is made of zircon and zirconia composite, the firing temperature is the same as that of a fully homogeneous nozzle, and the nozzle body is made of high aluminum material. The manufacturing method of the nozzle is to make the nozzle core first, and then mold the nozzle core, high aluminum material and iron shell together by vibration and pressure. The molded nozzle does not need to be sintered, and only needs to be dried. This nozzle has the advantages of low cost and the core of the nozzle is not easy to fall off. The disadvantage is that the steel shell will leak due to the melting of the iron shell for a long time.
