Second Long Life Zirconia Slide Plate for Blast Furnace
The main Refractory used in continuous casting of ladle are aluminum-carbon slide plate and aluminum-carbon upper and lower nozzle. In recent years, the service life of the aluminum-carbon slide plate can not keep up with the service environment of the blast furnace because of the increase of the times of continuous casting.

In order to meet the service condition of blast furnace continuous casting, the Zirconia slide plate is embedded in the center of the aluminum-carbon slide plate. The test results have been approved by customers, the longest service life up to 20 furnace times. We will also promote this method to more customers.
