Products Description
It is manufactured using high-purity zirconia (ZrO₂) powder, which is formed via cold isostatic pressing (CIP) and then sintered at high temperatures. The isostatic pressing process applies uniform pressure to the green body in all directions, resulting in extremely high green density and a uniform microstructure. The final product exhibits outstanding properties, including high density, the absence of internal defects, excellent wear resistance, and high flexural strength.

Product Features
- High Density: Isostatic pressing eliminates the density gradients associated with traditional dry pressing or slip casting, resulting in a density close to the theoretical value after sintering and an extremely low porosity.
- Wear Resistance: Zirconia itself has high hardness (Hv ≥ 12 GPa), and its wear life far exceeds that of metals and ordinary ceramics.
- High Flexural Strength: Flexural strength at room temperature can reach 800–1200 MPa, capable of withstanding heavy loads and impacts.
- High Fracture Toughness: The phase transformation toughening mechanism makes it more ductile than alumina, making it less prone to brittle fracture.
- High-Temperature Resistance: It can withstand long-term operating temperatures exceeding 1000°C and exhibits excellent thermal stability.
- Corrosion Resistance: Except for hydrofluoric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid, it does not react with most acids, alkalis, or molten metals.
- Low Friction: After precision grinding, the surface slides smoothly against mating parts without causing adhesive wear.
