Products Description
96% zirconia nozzle is a sintered ceramic part made of high-purity zirconia with ZrO₂ content up to 96%. With stabilizer treatment and high-temperature sintering, the nozzle adapts to high-temperature industrial environments. It is widely used in steel continuous casting, molten metal atomization and high-temperature fluid conveying systems for flow control and wear protection.
Main Composition
- ZrO₂: 96 % minimum
- Stabilizer (Yttria / Magnesia): Y₂O₃ or MgO added for phase stabilization
- Minor impurities: SiO₂, Al₂O₃, Fe₂O₃ (strictly limited low content)
