Calcined Anthracite Coal Carburizing Agent
The amount of carburizing agent is usually 1.2% of the weight of liquid metal in use, and it needs to be doubled if used as deoxidizer at the same time, or the remaining part of hot metal on the furnace, adding the carburizing agent once.

The amount of carburizing agent is usually 1.2% of the weight of liquid metal in use, and it needs to be doubled if used as deoxidizer at the same time, or the remaining part of hot metal on the furnace, adding the carburizing agent once, then adding other charge, can make the carburizing agent fully melt absorption; when using more than 5t electric furnace, it is recommended to add the required carburizing agent mixed with the charge, then, as the charge is added gradually to the middle and lower part of the furnace, that is, the molten metal liquid rises to about 2 / 3 of the electric furnace, all the carburizing agents are added to ensure that the carburizing agent has enough time to melt and absorb the molten iron before it comes out, increase Carbon absorption.
