Our CNC Quick Change Nozzle, the outer layer of the Refractory using a plate-shaped corundum castable, the zirconia insert after vibration molding embedded into the outer plate-shaped corundum castable. After natural drying and polishing, the planeness of CNC quick change nozzle can reach 0.03 precision. In the use of the process also has a longer life and not easy to clip steel and other characteristics.
