Stabilized Zirconia Slide Gate Plate is a core refractory component for continuous steel casting tundish. It adopts magnesia or calcium stabilized zirconia raw material, formed by isostatic pressing and high-temperature sintering. This slide gate assembly includes slide plates, fixed plates, nozzle rings and ladle nozzles, precisely controlling molten steel flow during casting. It resists thermal shock and molten steel erosion, securing stable steel production.
