MNC Lower Exchange Nozzle
MNC Lower Exchange Nozzle is the movable exchangeable lower refractory part matched with Interstop MNC tundish quick-change system for continuous casting production lines. It adopts composite layered structure: high-purity stabilized zirconia inner runner insert + high-density alumina-carbon outer body. We supply two forming processes (isostatic pressing & integral casting) and multiple zirconia content grades.

MNC full name stands for Interstop fast tundish nozzle replacement mechanism. MNC Lower Exchange Nozzle is the sliding movable lower nozzle component of the whole MNC system, matched with fixed MNC upper nozzle installed at tundish bottom. It forms seamless flat sealing contact surface with upper nozzle after hydraulic pushing, realizing stable molten steel metering and online rapid replacement without interrupting casting process
