The CNC quick change nozzle is installed in the lower part of the CNC machine, and can be replaced in the process of using. The CNC quick change nozzle is manufactured by our company. The outer layer of the Refractory is made of plate-shaped corundum castable. The ZIRCONIA INSERT is inserted into the outer plate-shaped corundum castable by vibration molding. After natural drying and polishing, the planeness of CNC quick change nozzle can reach 0.03 precision. CNC nozzle service life in 10-15 furnace times, service life can fully meet customer requirements.
