Installation and Usage
- Upon receiving the slide plate, visually inspect for any transportation impacts or cracks;
- Perform a dry fit to confirm clearance and guide slot positioning;
- Before formal furnace installation, slowly preheat and bake according to process requirements to avoid thermal shock;
- During pouring, adjust the slide plate position as smoothly as possible to prevent localized erosion caused by frequent, large-scale operations;
- After furnace shutdown, inspect through-holes and external surfaces for wear. Determine whether replacement or grinding is necessary based on the extent of wear.
