Most of the MNC quick change nozzles made in foreign countries are in the way of casting. The casting tundish upper nozzle has the advantages of smooth work and no height difference of the product.
The disadvantage is that the physical indicators are relatively low. The upper nozzle of the MNC quick change Tundish is formed by pressing. When the product is pressed into shape, there is a height difference, but after the modification of our mould, the height difference has been controlled within 0.5 mm. The maximum service life of MNC tundish can reach 108 furnaces, which is approved by the customers of MMK Steel Company in Russia.
