125 round Zirconia nozzle is a kind of compound Tundish nozzle, the outer layer is made of alumina-carbon material, the inner layer is made of Zirconia material. The product is assembled by pressing, first the inner Zirconia insert is fired, then it is filled into the mould, and then the outer material is added. Compared with the method of fireclay bonding, this method greatly reduces the risk of molten steel flowing out from the interstices of Zirconia insert and alumina-carbon material.
